We’ve broken down the transport process into steps to make it extremely easy to understand. Below you’ll find each step with a short explanation. Please let us know if you still have unanswered questions and we will gladly answer them.
Step 1
Decide on the day and time that’s most convenient for you to ship your car.
Step 2
We will send out a highly experienced and qualified driver to pick up your car. He will do an inspection of the vehicle together with you and will record on the bill of lading all pre-existing scratches, dents and other damages on your vehicle.
Step 3
You will be asked to sign the bill of lading and release the keys to the driver for loading.
Step 4
The driver will load your vehicle and will be on his way to your destination. Please note that our drivers use wheels straps to secure your vehicle and not chains which can damage the undercarriage of your car.
Step 5
You will receive daily status updates by email plus the cell phone number of the driver so you know exactly where your car is every day of the process.
Step 6
24 Hours before arrival you will receive a phone call from the driver giving you an approximate day and time of arrival. This is still approximate because many things can happen in 24 hours to delay the driver. Then, 12 hours before delivery, you will receive another phone call giving you an exact day and time of arrival.
Step 7
The driver will arrive, unload the vehicle and will ask you to inspect your car together with him. After you’ve looked over everything and are confident no damages have been made, he will ask you to sign the bill of lading once more to complete the delivery.
